Deployment of Autonomous Arc-Melting Platform

D2S has deployed the world’s first autonomous arc-melting platform to accelerate the discovery and synthesis of advanced materials. By combining materials science expertise, AI-guided experiment planning, and robotic execution, the platform helps move faster from material concepts to physical samples ready for testing and qualification.

This approach reduces traditional bottlenecks in materials research by automating repetitive synthesis steps, capturing structured process data, and feeding each result back into the discovery loop.
